This manual cutter includes the "SCS" Safety Cutting System - transparent front and rear safety guards (front guard locks automatically while cutting) plus a safety catch that locks the blade lever in "UP" position.

- Blade can be changed from front of machine without removing covers

- External blade depth adjustment and cutting stick replacement
