Description of the Datastroyer 360B/MC Data Disintegrator
The high volume Datastroyer 360B/MC offers a total throughput of approximately 2,200 lbs. per hour. After feeding your materials into the wide 14" x 26" throat opening, in seconds your once perfect pieces are converted into small, granulated particles. The 5 High Chrome/High Carbon D2 steel knife design, 3 rotor and 2 bed, destroy your materials within minutes. As an added bonus, the bed knives are reversible, allowing for a doubled lifespan and reduced resharpening trips. For a more controlled feeding of your materials and to maximize efficiency, we highly recommend pairing the Datastroyer 360B with one of our conveyor systems. The Master Control Panel hosts the power buttons for each of the machine's components (i.e. the motor, air system, conveyor, etc.) and recognizes any sequence of operation you input. The Dual Flywheel design is perfect for breaking down materials such as multi-media or bulky plastics. This design increases inertia, strength and power of your disintegrator. An optional digital ammeter monitors workload and indicates when capacity levels are too high. For safety purposes, there is an electrical disconnect and safety limit switches.
The Datastroyer 360B/MC is NSA Evaluated to Meet or Exceed NSA/CSS Specification 02-02 for paper, 04-01 for keytape, and 04-02 for Optical Media (CDs/DVDs). Choose from an assortment of screen sizes, including NSA approved 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and larger. This powerhouse disintegrator weighs an incredible 5,700 lbs. and offers 75" H x 50" W x 66" D dimensions. Although this granulator has a heavy duty 60 HP motor, upgrades are available, up to 100 HP. As the highest rated sound enclosures on the market, NEMA 12 controls promise user safety as well as protection for your equipment. The double-walled construction and fully enclosed base provides for soundproofing and reduced disturbances. The Datastroyer 360 disintegrator comes standard with the X-3 Twin Bag, Fan Cyclone Evacuation System. The rugged construction of the Datastroyer 360B/MC guarantees that your disintegrator will last for years.
