Description of the Akiles AlphaBind-CM

The AlphaBind-CM is a manual heavy duty comb punch and binding machine. Punch up to 25 sheets of paper at once and bind books up to 2" with the built-in comb opener. Simply open a comb binding, place punched sheets or punch paper as you go, and keep adding pages until your book is complete. The AlphaBind-CM features all metal construction that is designed to handle large jobs and long term use. Equipped with a cast-hardened and heat-treated steel die system, the AlphaBind-CM creates clean punches through stacks of up to 25 sheets. Those sheets can then be bound (books up to 2") on the convenient comb opener.

The side margin control makes sure to evenly align paper edges for centered punches. The depth margin control with four settings provides the perfect punch margin depths (according to book size). The punching length is 12" but it can punch longer paper sizes thanks to its open punching throat. The die disengagement system allows users to disable pins for clean punches with different paper sizes. The AlphaBind-CM is an affordable binding solution for offices that work primarily with letter-sized documents.
