The Akiles ProLam-Ultra is one of the more popular Akiles laminators, delivering high quality laminating at the comfort of your desk. Able to laminate up to 3 mm in thickness and pouches up to 14 mil at 53" per minute, the ProLam-Ultra delivers a quality lamination. The special 6 roller heat system (4 heated, 2 cold silicon rollers) work to produce the clearest and bubble-free finish for any pouch that passes through it. And the patented air cooling system keeps the laminator from overheating and cool to the touch while in use, also preventing overheating.

Pouches eliminate the need to trim extra material and make it easier to laminate smaller items by allowing users to choose the perfect pouch size. And with its 13" throat, the ProLam-Ultra can take a variety of sizes from the smallest items to larger documents. Simply choose the desired settings and after neatly placing your item in the appropriate pouch, insert and watch as the rollers heat to produce crystal clear lamination.

The LCD control panel makes it easy to see and control all functions, including preset settings make sure you have the right temperature, speed, and mode for different pouch thicknesses, ensuring a high-quality finish every time. With 9 speed control settings and 7 memory presets that adjust the heat for different materials and thicknesses, selecting the right temperature is a breeze. And in case of a document jam or mistake in setting, simply use the reverse function to stop and remove your document. The ProLam-Ultra is capable of laminating a wide range of sizes with its 13" throat. To help maintain the life of your laminator, the ProLam-Ultra engages automatic shut-off after use to cool down and save energy.
