Description of the Akiles VersaMac+

Adding to the strengths of the original Versa Mac, the VersaMac+ takes punching even further, running on a semi-automatic motor, with a built-in ejector, stacker, and jogger. All you have to do is feed the paper into the 14" tray, which is big enough for legal documents and any other commercial grade work. With the ability to process over 500 sheets per minute at a speed of 70 cycles per minute, the VersaMac Plus is meant for large, high volume commercial facilities and print shops. It is efficient and effective. Additionally, there are 14 different die patterns to choose from. All dies are compatible with both the VersaMac and the VersaMac +. To change dies, simply slide the dies in and out, no complicated adjustments or special tools are needed. There is even built in storage for 2 additional dies so your most used die sets are always readily available. The extra large stacking table can hold up to 3 reams of 20 pound paper, or 1500 individual sheets, and comes with an added jogger, keeping the paper straight once processed.

You are afforded the utmost control with a stacking stabilizer, paper feed stabilizer, and a mode toggle, which you can use to switch between Foot Pedal, Auto, and Punch Only Operation. A side margin control allows you to center your paper into the best position, while paper guides adjust to up to 14" wide papers. In the event of jam there is a separate reverse button as well as a manual jam release located on the back of the machine.
