As the first line of industrial strip cut shredders, these Ameri-Shred units offer the highest quality, design, and drives between 3-10 HP. Series 1, though the lowest volume units, proves a valuable asset for bulk reduction and recycling. The conveyor fed AMS-750 is the third option in this series and offers a 7.5 HP drive. Conveyor fed operation helps speed up production and makes feeding large loads as efficient as possible. The 16" wide infeed conveyor accommodates a variety of materials. For an even smoother transition, operators can consider installing the optional output conveyor or bag holder. Destroying between 650-1150 lbs. per hour and up to 67 feet per minute, the Ameri-Shred AMS-750 is available in three different shred widths. Results vary depending upon each strip size. The AMS-750 breaks materials down into 1/4" strips, resulting in 650-800 lbs. destroyed every hour. This unit powers through roughly 800-1000 lbs. when producing 5/16" strips. For the highest volume, the AMS-750 destroys 950-1150 lbs. and creates large 1/2" strips.

The 5" steel paddle wheel crusher, located just in front of the cutters, pushes your materials into the cutting chamber. Precision ground A-2 steel cutters grind down everything from paper, cans, bottles, floppy disks, license plates, corrugated cardboard, and much more. With massive amounts of materials being shred every hour, the pull-out chaff reject drawer collects residue from the input conveyor belt. This helps eliminate paper buildup from around the motor, keeping this shredder in optimal working condition. Installing an automatic oiling system also helps maintain this unit.
