If you are looking for extreme power, look no further than the Datastroyer 800. With a 100 HP motor, this disintegrator is a proven workhorse. This unit is also available with optional motor ratings of up to an incredible 250 HP. Like all of our other Datastroyer disintegrators, the Datastroyer 800 is NSA approved and meets NSA/CSS specifications 02-02 for paper, 04-01 for keytape, and 04-02 for optical media with a 3/32" screen. Other screen sizes are available, including 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and larger. The impressive 18" x 37" throat opening accommodates a large variety of material sizes, namely bulky plastics and fabrics, along with paper, CDs/DVDs, etc. While the 800 disintegrator comes standard with a 5 knife design (3 rotor, 2-bed reversible), you also have the option of upgrading to a 7-knife design. These knives are made of High Chrome/High Carbon D2 steel, guaranteeing durability and longevity. The 3 rotor knives spin rapidly, while the 2 bed knives help to break down your items to mere particles. As stated above, the bed knives are reversible, allowing for a doubled lifespan and reduced resharpening costs. Depending upon your security requirements, the disintegrator knives can reduce your materials down to 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" or larger.

This large scale, heavy duty disintegrator weighs a massive 8,000 lbs. With 105" H x 109" W x 68" D dimensions, this disintegrator is not your average office disintegrator. Rather, this machine is suitable for large scale production companies. To lessen your workload, we highly recommend pairing the Datastroyer 800 with a feed conveyor system. Rather than feeding materials one piece at a time, the feed conveyor allows you to load multiple pieces at once, cutting your preparation time significantly. Designed for base-wide destruction, the Datastroyer 800 is capable of destroying up to three tons of paper per hour. That's right: tons. The Datastroyer 800 has a factory rated throughput of up to 3,200 lbs. per hour. Keep in mind, throughput varies depending upon screen size, knife configuration, and type and weight of the material.
