NSA evaluated to meet NSA/CSS specification 02-02 and 04-02, the DCS 300 will destroy paper, keytape, CDs/DVDs to high security standards with a 3/32" screen. The 6" W x 1.5" D multimedia feed slot accommodates CDs & DVDs, as well as credit cards, memory sticks, ID badges, cassettes, floppy disks, SD cards, microfilm, etc. The DCS 300 offers dual phase operation with a paper shredder for preshred capabilities. With a throat size of 9 ½", this paper shredder breaks down your materials into cross cut particles before disintegrating them. The DCS 300 disintegrator features 3 rotating/2 bed knives and a high capacity, external vacuum collection system. Unlike the DCS 100, the DCS 300 does not have an internal vacuum system. Rated by the DoD for destroying up to 100 lbs. per hour, the DCS 300 can handle up to 3,500 CDs or DVDs per hour.

For user protection, the DCS 300 features safety interlock access panels, which prohibit operation when internal components are exposed. An optional feed rate meter helps you determine how hard your machine is working. With an 80-85 dBA rating and self-contained sound enclosure, quiet operation is guaranteed. The DCS 300 is lightweight in comparison to the larger, industrial disintegrators, weighing 550 lbs. Like the DCS 100, this disintegrator is compact (23 7/8" W x 28" D x 46 3/8" H) and will not take up an inordinate amount of space. Need to move this machine in a hurry?
