For the top-of-the-line, high scale and high volume destruction, look no further than the Datastroyer 1000. This behemoth of a machine weighs 14,000 lbs. and with dimensions of 127" H x 140" W x 90" D, the Model 1000 is not your average disintegrator. Our 5 knife design features 3 rotor and 2 reversible bed knives which tear your bulk materials at a throughput rate of 7,000 lbs. per hour. These knives are made of High Chrome/High Carbon D2 steel and will last for years. Unlike our competitors who offer non-reversible bed knives, our bed knives will last longer and as a result will require less resharpening trips. This disintegrator is Evaluated and Approved for destruction of paper, key tape, and optical media in accordance with the NSA/CSS standards. With a 3/32" screen, your materials are broken down into high security minuscule pieces. The Datastroyer 1000 is incredibly flexible, offering 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", and larger screen sizes. When high volume central destruction is required, the Datastroyer 1000 model will meet the task. Although the Model 1000 comes with a 150 HP motor, this unit is also available for motor upgrades, up to 250 HP. Like its Model 800 counterpart, the Datastroyer 1000 requires an external evacuation system. Designed for base-wide destruction, the Datastroyer 1000 is capable of destroying up to three tons of paper per hour.
