Description of the Formax Autoseal 2300 Series Pressure Sealer

The AutoSeal 2300 Series Pressure Sealers are designed to process high-volume jobs- up to 40,000 forms per hour, with an unlimited monthly duty cycle. Using the graphics-based color touchscreen, operators can program up to 200custom jobs, and process forms up to 11.5” wide and 25” long.

Fully automated settings include the feeder, alignment rails, fold plate stops, deflectors and fold rollers, and delivery rollers. Standard features include an extendable output conveyor, safety interlocks, jam detection, addition/batch counter, and static eliminator.

The Formax AutoSeal 2300 Series has three different models available:

  • FD 2300 Air Feed System: Up to 500 form capacity
  • FD 2300-EXT Extended Air Feed System: Up to 2,500 form capacity
  • FD 2350 Pile-Loader Infeed:Up to 3,500 form capacity
