The perfect solution to your industrial or professional data shredding, the HSM SP 5080 helps protect your office's reputation. Although this shredder-baler looks complicated, operating this machine is surprisingly easy. No need to manually feed your materials into shredder's throat. Simply load your materials onto the high-performance electric conveyor and let the 5080 do the rest. This conveyor pulls your items right into the shredder, assuring user safety. A spacious loading table is perfect for excess materials waiting to be pulled into the feed opening. Your documents are broken down at a rate of 210mm per second. The result: 0.24" x 1.57" - 2" security level 3 particles. The HSM 5080 can power through approximately 1058 lbs. per hour*. The multi-functional operating and display element allows for continuous operation. The HSM 5080 also features a manual and automatic reverse option. Should your paper get jammed, the automatic reverse will activate to work through the problem. The cutting unit is maintained with the integrated automatic oiler, which helps extend the life of your shredder.
After your materials are destroyed, the baler assumes control. This space-saving baling press features a modern PLC press control with multi-language display and convenient menu navigation. Shredded pieces fall into the pressing chamber, where your particles are formed into 31.5" L x 22" W x 19" H bales . Once baled, your materials are compressed directly into a waste bag. The convenient display indicates operating status and " bale ready." To guarantee a constant flow of production, the shredding and pressing process is conducted simultaneously.
