Fold Types of the MBM 352S Air-Feed Paper Folder
There are six different fold types available for the MBM 352S:
(1) Letter fold (Tri-fold, C-fold),
(2) Half-fold (Single fold),
(3) Z-fold (Accordion, Zig Zag),
(4) Double-Parallel,
(5) Gate (Open Gate, Brochure), and
(6) Engineer (Short Z, Fold Out, Half Accordion)

Description of the MBM 352S Airfeed Paper Folder
The MBM 352S is one of our biggest paper folders, with much flexibility. It brings "capability" to mind, and capable it is. The 352S is the most reliable suction paper folder there is. It has a powerful air suction feed system that is sufficient for coated and heavier weight paper. This paper folder can just adjust quickly for standard or unique folds, with varying speed control. No adjustment is required for the rollers. There is a top-loading, bottom-feed arrangement, which provides sheet separation and continuous reloading. This manual paper folder has polyurethane foam rollers that eliminate the need for pressure settings.
The 352S paper folder has a power-driven exit conveyor, 2 fold plates and non-flexing side frames. The turbine blower is completely enclosed, in the production stand, reducing excess noise. In fact, the 352S is one of the quietest air suction paper folders. The included stand is mounted on casters, making this machine folder extremely mobile. For high production, there are needle bearings, which increase efficiency. 450 sheets at a time can be loaded into the feed tray, and the folding rate is 30,000 sheets an hour. This MBM folder is perfect for print shops and big corporations. The 352S folder's adaptability, power and speed make it a very efficient folder.
