Description of the MBM FC 10 Automatic Tabletop Friction Collator

The FC 10 Automatic 10-bin friction collator from MBM Corporation makes collating extremely easy. Capable of collating paper of a variety of stocks and weights into 3,600 sets per hour, this collator is heavy duty and tackles large jobs with ease. Each of the ten bins can hold up to 275 sheets and have sensors that notify you when a bin is empty. Each bin also has an adjustable feed and separator pressures. The FC 10 is complete with a control panel that allows you to easily customize each job. The 4-digit LED lit counter simplifies set up and operation. Various programming modes, including insertion, preset batch and alternate bin mode allow for continuous operation.

Preparing each batch is made extremely simple due to the stacking options. The adjustable stacking table allows you to stack the papers either straight or criss-crossed, which allows for easy separation of the sets. Should you want to bind the documents, the self-centering guide eliminates the need to reposition on-line bookletmakers for stock of different sizes. The feed trays are extra large and detachable.

The FC 10 is easily customized to fit all of your needs and can be combined with other MBM products. It can easily be mounted on the optional base with casters to become more elevated as well as mobile. In addition, it can be connected to a high capacity stacker and the corner stapler for quick and easy binding. It can become a part of the twin tower system as well.
