Paitec's ES5500 conveniently sits atop your desk for fast and easy pressure sealing. The ES5500 is a greener option for mailing because it reduces the amount of paper by getting rid of envelopes. Users don't need to buy envelopes constantly or the chores that come with them (labeling, stuffing, sealing). The ES5500 is big enough to handle thousands of items to seal, but it is also compact enough to fit on top of any desk. Fold and seal any check, invoice, tax form, bill, notice, coupon, or any other document mailer. Paitec's exclusive angled sealed rollers ensure maximum pressure for a clean, tight seal that stays together. The feed hopper can hold up to 150 sheets and once users have selected a fold setting (via setting knobs), the ES5500 will fold and seal your mailers. Built with advanced sensors, the ES5500 detects double feeds and automatically halts operation to avoid paper jams. Not only does this feature save documents from being damaged or thrown away, it also protects the lifespan of the ES 5500.

The LCD control panel includes an item and batch counter that keeps track of finished items. Process up to 5,000 pieces an hour with a monthly duty cycle of 30,000 finished pieces a month. Easily move around the setting knobs for a range of fold options (select from 11" Z, V; 14" Z, EZ, V; Optional C Fold). Insert paper sizes up to 14" long and 9" wide without a problem. The ES5500 maintains whisper-quiet noise levels as to not disturb for an all-around user-friendly performance.
