This is a cross cut paper shredder that can handle up to 16 pages at one time, and reduce the materials to confetti sized at 1" x 5/32" . It handles any materials commonly managed by shredders - including credit cards, CDs, films, paperclips, staples, and more. It can do so because the 160MX CC has all steel gear construction. The 160MX also eliminates damages to the system by featuring an automatic stop, start, and reverse feature that stops any work in progress if it is going to present a challenge or lead to a jam. The LCD display also allows the user to choose optimal settings and get the best results possible. Whether it is handling a stack of cardstock or last year's company credit cards, this unit can manage most jobs with ease. The unit is offers a large, 28 liter collection bin, and is set on durable casters that allow it to be easily moved from location to location in order to provide a full office or workplace solution. The casters lock for additional safety and performance, and there is an onboard alarm that lets a user know when the collection basket is full and the unit can no longer process materials.
