This uses the three slanted rotor knives with the two counter slanted bed knives and produces a uniform output. The revered flight and continuous weld auger also prevents any wrapping or jamming in the runners as the materials make their way into the chamber.

The rotor itself is the Cumberland standard D2, and is driven by a heavy duty auger chain drive coupled with a 7.5 to 11.2 kW motor. The IP-55 controls ensure ease of use, and the lockout chain and emergency stop button also guarantee safety. The machine is easy to maintain and clean thanks to the hinged lid and screen drawer of the cutting chamber, and due to the reversible Corten screen (with 8mm standard openings). This reversibility cuts down on maintenance expenses, as does the durable construction of the rotor and cutting chamber too. The 12x16 Auger-Fed Granulator is capable of generating around 204kg per hour (roughly 450 pounds) and dispenses into a standard discharge bin.
