Our Formax FD 6104 Folder Inserter is an entry-level tabletop inserter and low volume mailing solution. It has a 5” color touchscreen panel, and users can set up the device easily with wizard-based software. They can find the job list on the home screen, which will allow them to access saved jobs. The letter folder machine has 2 to 6 fully automatic feed stations, and can form different input configurations. The configurations are a high-capacity document feeder for up to 725 sheets, 1 or 2 high-capacity production feeders, standard and special feeders, and short feed trays.
The inserter has a vertical output stacker, which is a component of the machine that is responsible for collecting and stacking the finished, processed documents in a vertical stack. The vertical output stacker holds up to 500 filled envelopes. There is also a top-loading envelope hopper, that holds envelopes and allows them to be loaded from the top of the machine.
