Q: I am thinking about ordering the Martin Yale P7200 RapidFold paper folder, but I need to know what your return policy is if we get it and it doesn't work for our needs. Thank you for your speedy reply.
A: If you speak to a sales representative and they approve your application, and you receive the machine and it doesn't work for your application, then we'll take it back at no charge. If you purchase the machine without having your application approved then it's an at-your-own-risk transaction which is subject to the manufacturer's rules. In the case of Martin Yale that is normally a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping. Just call us up, it's worth two minutes on the phone.
Q: What type of power cord comes with the Premier RapidFold 7200 110V? I cannot find it in the instruction manual, and I need to get a new power cord. Thanks!
A: Unless otherwise noted, our products come in standard American 110/115 60hz voltages. We are able to provide other voltages for international sales upon request.
Q: The front tray, showing the different folding options fell off, when I place it back where I think it belongs, the paper comes out of the back of the machine, not the front and only have one fold?
A: If paper is shooting out of the back of the machine, instead of out the front and into the catch tray, then it means the fold plate has been installed incorrectly. It takes some practice to get the fold plates in properly, just takes time.
