X Series

As one of the most popular and versatile central granulators, the X Series is capable of tackling the toughest materials, including blow moldings, automotive moldings, furniture and appliance parts, sprues, runners, bottles, pipe, light purgings, X-ray film, film and sheet (to 3/16” thick), and cosmetic and pharmaceutical destruction. Thanks to its heavy duty construction, the X Series can handle heavier loads. Three models are available, the X700, X1000, X1400, each offering a special rotor and cutting chamber design that prevents polymer “melt down” and practically eliminates “endplate smearing.” The 3-Chevron-positioned rotor knives scissor against the two bed knives, providing maximum cutting efficiency and low power consumption.
